In this picture I only see what appears to be a face on the back right wall just in the bend of the 1st copper line on the right side of the grill. I don't know what that is, but I do know sometimes our minds want to make things recognizable as faces. There appears to be a mist just to left of this, but I believe that to be a reflection from the metal back splash.

In this picture I see what appears to be a very dim face of a man, with a mustache on the back wall just below the second shelf down from the top.

Just above the top yellow rail is what may be an orb with a dot in the middle of it. That is all I see other than many other "orbs" which i believe to be dust and or bugs.
